Updated over a year ago

Besides adding the stores manually, you can also upload unlimited store locations from CSV file with just a few clicks.

NOTE: Only the files in CSV format can be processed. Download the CSV file sample here.

  • Go to Store Locations page

  • Select Import:

  • If you do not have the CSV template, you can select this and download the template file:

  • Select Add file and choose the CSV file that you would like to use:

  • By default a CSV's file uses the "," (comma) symbol as the delimiter. If your CSV file uses different delimiters (for example the ";" symbol) you can change the settings here:

  • Enabling Check for Duplicates will overwrite any information if the store already exists in the app. If it is disabled, any duplicates will be skipped:

  • Enabling Check for Headers will not import the first row of the CSV file. If your CSV has a header, please ensure this is ticked.

  • Once everything is in place, proceed by selecting Upload File

  • Select the fields that corresponds to the column. If the column is not relevant to the import, please select Ignore column:

  • Select Save & Import once the setup is completed and the import process will start:

  • Once the import is completed, it will show the following message:

"<Number> locations have been imported successfully." means the total number of stores that had been added.

"<Number> locations have been updated successfully." means the total number of existing stores that had their information updated/overwritten.
