Add Pre-Order Terms and Conditions to Your Product Pages

Learn how to add a Terms and Conditions section and an optional "I Agree" checkbox on your Pre-Order items.

Easily add display a "Terms and Conditions" section on your product pages for pre-orders. Optionally, you can also add an "Opt-in" checkbox for customers to acknowledge and accept your pre-order terms.

This feature provides an extra layer of protection for your business and ensures that customers are fully aware of your policies before placing their Pre-Order.


Turning on Terms and Conditions for ONE Product

  1. Go to Default Settings (or Custom Settings) under the Pre-Order turn on the Terms and Condition is active toggle button:

  2. You can customize your Terms and Condition message here. You can insert any languages you want as all the text in this section could be customized:

    1. Terms & Conditions Header.

    2. Terms & Conditions Description

    3. Turn on the Customer must agree to terms before purchase?

    4. Agree Message

  3. You can customize the text of the error message (if customers did not tick on the checkbox before pre-ordering the product).

Turning on Terms and Conditions by DEFAULT

  1. To turn on Terms and Conditions by Default, in Products page go to Default Settings (IMPORTANT NOTE: Default Settings button will only be displayed if no products is selected):

  2. At the Pre-Order tab, turn on the toggle for Terms and Condition is active.

  3. Customize your Terms and Conditions here. You can insert any language you want as all the text in this section could be customized:

  4. Once the settings is saved, the Terms and Conditions will be activated for all products by default.


Turn On Terms and Conditions in Bulk

  1. In Products, select the products you wish to apply the Terms and Conditions to:

  2. Select Terms and Conditions in the Bulk Action dropdown.

  3. Select the ON button to turn on Terms and Condition in bulk for the selected products.

  4. You are then required to configure the Terms and Conditions wordings. Select Use Default Settings if you wish to use the wordings configured in Default Settings or Customize Terms & Conditions message to customize a new set of texts.

  5. You can customize the text of the error message (if customers did not tick on the checkbox before pre-ordering the product).
