You can add a Terms and Conditions section as well as an optional "I Agree" checkbox on your Pre-Order products with our app.

As a prerequisite for this feature, Pre-Order must be turned on and the status must be "Pre-Order Active".

You can turn on the Terms and Condition for:

Turning on Terms and Conditions for ONE Product

  1. Go to Default Settings (or Custom Settings) under the Pre-Order turn on the Terms and Condition is active toggle button:

  2. At the Pre-Order tab, turn on the toggle for Terms and Condition is active

  3. You can customize your Terms and Condition message here. You can insert any languages you want as all the text in this section could be customized:


  4. You can customize the text of the error message (if customers did not tick on the checkbox before pre-ordering the product).

Turning on Terms and Conditions for MULTIPLE Product

  1. In Products, select the products you wish to apply the Terms and Conditions to:

  2. Select Apply Settings:


  3. At the Pre-Order tab, turn on the toggle for Terms and Condition is active


  4. You can customize your Terms and Condition message here. You can insert any languages you want as all the text in this section could be customized:


  5. You can customize the text of the error message (if customers did not tick on the checkbox before pre-ordering the product).
