To ensure the Pre-Order Discounts could be displayed correctly, you are required to setup the following:

1. One the Products page, open click the Default Settings button.

2. Click the Show Details button to open advanced settings:

3. Configure the Price on Product Page selector. This lets our app know where to show the 'compare at price' for your discount.

Clicking the Select button will redirect you to a product page.

Here, hold the SHIFT key and proceed to select the price of the product. Once the price is selected, select Save:

Continue and finalize these setup steps for each of the Required fields and click Save. From here, you can now enable discounts and they will appear according to how you've setup the selectors.

1. On the Settings page, click the "Edit" button next to 'default pre-order discount'.

2. Select either a percentage (%) or dollar value ($) for your discount

3. Enter the discount amount and click Save

Please note: Discounts will be applied automatically and, depending on the amount of products you are updating, may take a few minutes to apply.

1. On the Products page, find the product you'd like to add a discount on and open the Discount Settings. Which can be found in the dropdown menu

2. Select either a percentage (%) or dollar value ($) for your discount

3. Enter the discount amount and click Save

There are three types of discounts for pre-orders with Partial Payments. The options will only appear for selection when Partial Payments is enabled:

Can I apply discount code if there is a pre-existing pre-order discount?

No. The discount codes generated in the Shopify Admin panel cannot be used if your Pre-Order has an active discount.
