Is the Pre-Order Manager compatible with Paypal Express Checkout?

The Pre-Order Manager is not compatible with Paypal Express Checkout as it does not utilize Shopify's checkout page. Pre-order items that are purchased with Paypal Express Checkout will not have the order tagged as Pre-Order.
