The email status notify you if an email is successfully been sent.

  • Received - Email had been successfully sent.

  • Bounced - Email had been bounced. This could be due to wrong email being keyed in by the customer or invalid email address.

  • Rejected - Email had been marked as spam. You cannot resend any emails marked as Rejected.

Resending Emails

As part of our spam prevention policy, you can only resend 1 email for 1 customer a day. Any emails that were Bounced or Rejected could not be resend.
