Quantity Bars

Add a quantity bar to your products to build a sense of urgency

  1. At the Main Page:



  2. Select Create Widget:


  3. Select the Quantity Bar radio button and click Next:


  4. Give the widget a name for easy internal referene:


  5. Select where you would like to place the Quantity Bar placement:


  6. Select which product you want to place the Quantity Bars by selecting the Select Products button:


    And select the products that you want the quantity bar to be applied on:



    Or you can click on the Select All button to select all products:


  7. If you only want to show the quantity bar to certain locations, you can set this up in at this section:


    By selecting the countries that you want the quantity bar to be visible to:


  8. Select the Next button to proceed to setup the design of the widget:


    Alternatively, you can click the Design tab which will bring you to the same page:


  9. At the Bar Setup tab, select the type of quantity bar that you want. You can choose from

    1. Quantity Remaining - This will display how many quantities are left before it is sold out.

    2. Quantity Sold - This will display how many quantities had been sold.

  10. Next, configure the message that appears before and after the quantity remaining/sold number by setting up the Message before the number and Message after the number settings:

  11. The quantity bar could be setup in a way where it will be automatically hidden if the inventory is above a certain number. To do so, you can configure it at the "Quantity bar disappears when inventory of the product is higher than" field. That way, you can ensure that the quantity bar will only show when stocks are running low.

    You can also setup the color of the bars as well as the message of the font size here:


  12. You can add a Countdown Timer to supplement your Quantity Bar. To do so, go to the Countdown Timer tab and select Turn On.


    The countdown timer will always be positioned above the quantity bar: Alternatively, you can create and setup a new countdown timer rule and it should work but with more flexibilities in positioning the timer and also more timer variety.
