Why use a delivery timer?

By setting a delivery timer, customers are more likely to place their orders sooner rather than later, as they know there is a deadline for delivery. It also manages customer's expectation on when they can expect the product to be delivered.

Delivery Timer Types

Our app offers two types of delivery timers that you can display on the product page:

  • Text Timer - This timer displays the delivery cut-off time and the estimated delivery date:

  • Visual Timer - This timer will break down the delivery cut-off time, the dispatch date and the estimated delivery date:

Text Timers

Text Timers only show the delivery date in text form.

To start configuring, choose the Time Format that you want the widget to display:

Next, configure the how many days that it will need for you to deliver and then configure the date format you want it to be displayed on your widget:

This is an example on how Delivery Date is calculated. If Days is set to 3 and the customer view this product on 23 March 2024, the date 26 March 2024 (or the format you had chosen) will be displayed on the the widget.

fter configuring the delivery date, move on to designing the widget. In the Background section, you can set the color, border, and radius. Meanwhile, the Text section enables you to customize content, font size, font color, and formatting.

Lastly, you can customize the icon. You can upload your own icon to suit your store needs.

Visual Timer

Visual Timer will display a visual breakdown on your shipping process and estimate the delivered time of your product:

For Visual Timers, you are required to setup the Cutoff Time, Dispatch Time and the Delivery Time.

After configuring the days, continue on to setup the design of the visual bar.
