This is only applicable to Online Store 2.0 themes (e.g Dawn theme). If you are not on Online Store 2.0 theme, please contact support for assistance in changing the button's location.
In your Shopify Admin page go to Online Store and select Themes:
Locate the published theme and select Customize:
From the dropdown button in the top of the screen, select Product Page:
Follow by Default Products:
At the sidebar select Add Block and then select Where to Buy
You can change the position of the button by dragging the item and place at the position that you desire:
