Use Case

  • Help customers easily locate where they can find available stock with across your Store Locations.

  • Improve customer shopping experience, customer satisfaction, and increase sales.


How it Works

  • When Product Finder is enabled and setup, a "Where to Buy" button will be placed at the product page:

  • When this button is clicked, it will show the customers a list of locations that are selling this product:


Setting Up Product Finder

  1. First go to Settings > General tab:

  2. Go to Product Finder tab:


  3. Enable the toggle button of Enable Product Finder:

  4. Select Preview. If you are in a development store, you are required to key in your password and then click on Preview again.

  5. If you see the "Where to Buy" button in the Preview page, select Yes to complete the setup:



    If you did not see the button in the Preview page, select No and fill up the contact support form.



  6. Next, you can configure the button color, labels, icons and text color.


  7. Lastly, please save the settings to ensure all changes were applied to the store:


Link Products to Location(s)

Once you have enabled and set up the Product Finder button, the subsequent step involves linking the products to their respective locations. You can accomplish this by either selecting individual locations for linking or using the bulk setting option to link them to multiple locations simultaneously.


Linking Products by Individual Location

  1. At Store Locator page:


  2. Select the Product Finder button:


  3. You can select the products by individual products, collections, tags, vendors or the whole store:


  4. Once it is activated the button will be highlighted in blue:



Link Products to Multiple/All Locations

  1. To link products to multiple or all locations, first select the locations that you want and proceed to select [...] button and select Enable Product Finder.



    If you want to select all locations, please select the "Select all..." button:



  2. Select More Actions button and then select Enable Product Finder:


  3. You can select the products you want by individual products, collections, tags, vendors or whole store to link to the locations. Click on Save to proceed:


  4. This will link the products in the stores you had selected.
