Introduction
We had expanded the free gift feature and it now has 3 main features:
Free Gifts by Quantities
Free Gifts by Value
Free Gifts by Product
Read on to find out more about the difference of these 3 options.
Step 1: Tiered Pricing

You are required to choose the types of free gifts campaign that you want to run:
We had expanded the Free Gifts Option. The Buy X Get Y Free option used in the older versions are now renamed as Free Gifts by Quantities.
Free Gifts by Quantities: Free product(s) will be given whenever a certain quantity is added into the cart. The free gift given will be the same as the product purchased. For example: Buy One Pattern T-Shirt and Get One Pattern T-Shirt Free.:
Free Gifts by Value: Free product(s) will be given whenever a value is added to the cart. The free gift given will be the same as the product purchased. For example: Buy $300 of Pattern T-Shirt and Get One Pattern T-Shirt Free.
Free Gifts by Product: Free product will be given to a customer whenever the selected product is purchased. You have the option to choose between giving out the same product or a product of your choosing. For example: Buy a gaming mouse and get a mousepad free.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This option does not require you to setup the tier pricing table as show in (a) and (b).
Step 3: Eligible Products
In this section, you are able which products to be added into the tier pricing based on the following options:
Specific Products/Variants - When this option is selected, Select Products will appear in the next step:
You can then proceed to select individual products or variants for the tier pricing:
Collections/Tags/Vendors: When selecting this you can select products based on their collections/tags/vendors.
Any products tied to the selected collections/tags/vendors will automatically be included into the tier pricing.
All Available Products: All products that are not in any tier pricing will automatically be included.
Entire Store: All products in the store will be selected.
Step 4(a): Select Free Gifts
This option will only show if you select Free Gifts by Product:
Purchased product as free gift: The free gift given will be the same product that was purchased.
Select free gift - Select this option if you want to select another product to be the free gift instead:
Proceed to Select Products you want to give out as a free gift:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Only 1 product could be select as Free Gift.
Step 4(b): Discount Table Setup
This step will only appear if you select Free Gifts by Quantities or Free Gifts by Values. It will not show if you select Free Gifts by Products. You can configure the title of the Discount Table in this section:
You can see how the table looks like at your storefront by clicking the Preview on Storefront button.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are unable to see the table, please contact the Customer Support via Live Chat.
Step 5: Free Gift Display Settings
This option will only appear when Free Gifts by Product is selected in Tier Pricing:
Display Free Gift on Product page: Turning on this option will display the selected free gift on the Product Page:
Clicking on the free gift's picture will bring the customer to the product page of the free gift.Hide Free Gift when Free Gift is Out of Stock: When this option is turned on, the free gift will be hidden from the Product page whenever it goes out of stock. Please note that free gifts will not be added to the cart when it goes out of stock.
Step 6: Restrict by Location
By default the tier pricing will apply to all customers. If you only want to show Tier Pricing to customers from certain country, enable the Only apply tier pricing to the following countries checkbox:
Proceed to select the countries that will see this tier pricing (you can select more than 1 countries):
Step 7: Date Settings
You can schedule a sales tier to start and end in advance or have it start immediately. If no dates are set here, the discounts will start immediately as soon as it is turned on and only end if it is turned off.
Start Now: By selecting this option, the sales will start immediately upon creation.
Schedule Start Date Time: By selecting this option, you can schedule the sales to start in advance by selecting the date and time.
The date and time is based on your store's timezone.
Set End Date: By selecting this option you can schedule in advance when the sales when end will end.

Free gifts will only display if either one of the conditions are met:
IF "Continue selling when out of stock" is selected in the Shopify > Products:
Selected free gift: Quantity should be more than or equal 1
Purchased product as free gift: Quantity should be more than or equal 1
IF "Continue selling when out of stock" is not selected in Shopify > Products:
Selected free gift: Quantity should be more than or equal 1
Purchased product as free gift: Quantity should be more than or equal 2
