At Announcement Bar option, enable the Email Capture at the Design tab:

You can encourage visitors to leave their email by rewarding them with a discount code after successful sign up. To do so, enable Copy Discount Code:

Navigate down to the Copy Discount Code section and add a discount code at the Discount Code (Sign Up Success) field:

At the Pop-up modal option, enable Email capture:
