How to Create a Pop-up Notification
To add popup notifications to your store, click on Create Widget at the homepage.
Select the Popup Notifications as your option.
Configure the popup notification’s start and end time. Your popup notifications will be active during these periods.
Configure how you want to notifications to be displayed at the Widget Placement section.
Initial delay - How many seconds after the page load before displaying the notifications.
Display time - How long the notification will stay visible before closing.
Display between notifications - If you have multiple notifications, how long the notification will display before rotating to the next one.
Order to Display Notification - Choose to display random order placed or chronological order:
Next, configure how many notifications will display when users are browsing through your site.
Time ago threshold - Any order made before the time set here will have the "Time ago" message hidden. This is to ensure customers will not see how long ago the last order is made if it was too long ago.
Event threshold - Any order that was made before this time will be excluded in the notification.

To design the pop-up notification, go to the Design tab:
At Banner Elements, select if you want to display recent orders, show products with low stock or both at the same time:
