The app is developed using the Shopify Draft Orders API and Shopify Checkout API and it is not compatible with Accelerate Checkouts

Unfortunately, our Quantity Discount & Tiered Pricing app uses Draft Order API which is not compatible with discount codes at all.

There might be another discount app running. Please ensure that no other discount apps are running a sales campaign for the same product.

There are a few possibilities. a) You are using a third party checkout app for checkouts. b) Customers are using Express Checkout
