Pre-Order Cancellation Page

You can create a self-service pre-order cancellation page to streamline order refunds and cancellations, empowering customers to effortlessly manage their pre-orders post purchase.

How it Works

When the Pre-Order Cancellation page is activated and published, customers can access the page and cancel their pre-orders. To do so, they first need to key in the Order No and the Email Address of the said Pre-Orders.


Order No. could be found at their order email confirmation:

If OTP is enabled, customers are required to key in the OTP to verify their ID:

OTP can be retrieved from their email:


Once their ID is verified, they can then proceed to select the pre-order items they want to cancel and click on Confirm.


A confirmation screen will then be prompt for customers to acknowledge the cancellation:

Merchants has the option to turn on/off refunds for order cancellations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This feature is for Pre-Order Cancellation and Refunds only. It will not cancel or refund normal orders.

If an order consists of Pre-Order and normal order items, only the pre-order items will be shown.

Setting Up Pre-Order Cancellation Page

  1. To create the Pre-Order Cancellation page, first go to the Pre-Order Cancellation page and turn on the Show Pre-Order Cancellation Page toggle:


  2. Once the page is turned on you can proceed to configure the page's URL of your choice by selecting the edit button at the Cancellation Page URL. This is an optional step:


  3. If you wish to allow refunds during the pre-order cancellation, turn on the toggle for Offer Refunds on Pre-Order. If you do not want to offer refunds during pre-order cancellation please disable this toggle button:



    If you are enabling refunds, you can select if you wish to provide:

    1. Full Refund - This will refund the full amount of the pre-order product. If you wish to refund the delivery fees as well please tick on Refund deliver fees checkbox. When this option is ticked, only orders with 100% pre-order items will be refunded. The app will not refund delivery fees for mixed orders.

    2. Partial Refund - You have the option to select the % or the $ of the pre-order you want to refund:


      If you wish to refund delivery fees please tick on Refund deliver fees checkbox. When this option is ticked, only orders with 100% pre-order items will be refunded. The app will not refund delivery fees for mixed orders.

  4. Next, you can customize the pre-order cancellation form's layout:




  5. You can then, proceed to customize the design of the form. To customize the designs, you are required to go through each and every tab highlighted below:


    1. Check Pre-Order - This form will be the first thing the customers will see in the cancellation page. You can customize the hero image, the font size and the colors or this font.



      The customers are required to key in their Order No# (as shown in the Order Confirmation email. If the Order has a # symbol they are required to include that in) and the email address of the order.

    2. Invalid Pre-Order - If the Pre-order is not found the customer will encounter this page. You can proceed to customize the text, the font size and color of this page. You can also select a different hero image if you do not want to inherit the image from the previous page:


    3. When a existing pre-order is found this page will be shown to the customers. You can add OTP verification to the cancellation process. When OTP verification is enabled, an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the customers email and they are required to key in the OTP at the verification page to proceed with the cancellation.



      To customize the design of the pre-order selection page, please select this tab to proceed:



      Customers will see this page when they had verified the OTP.


    4. Confirmation - This page will prompt users to confirm the cancellation. Like the previous page, you can customize the design of this section here:


    5. Finally, you can configure the design of the Success page. Customers will see this page when the pre-order cancellation is succeeded.


  6. To complete the setup please Save the settings.


Display Pre-Order Cancellation page on Your Website

Here's how you can add Pre-Order Cancellation Page on your website's main menu:

  1. Go to Online StoreNavigation


  2. Click on Main Menu:



  3. At the Main Menu, select Add menu item:


  4. Name the page and copy and paste the Pre-Order Cancellation Page URL (located at in the app) and paste it at the link column:


  5. Select Add:



    Then select Save menu:


  6. This will then add a link at your home page:
