You can integrate the following data from Stocky with the Amai PreOrder + Notify:
Coming Soon Date
Estimated Ship Date
Setting Up
In Stocky, select the profile button and follow by Preferences:
Next, select API Access
Select and Copy the values at Current Key
In Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify go to Settings page:
Locate Sync Shipping Dates with Stocky? section and paste the API key settings:
Proceed to Save the settings.
Then, turn on the App Sync toggle and select Sync Now:
When the data is in the midst of syncing it will show a loading animation
Depending on the size of your inventory on Stocky, the time to sync will take from 5 minutes to 2 hours.
Depending on the Sync Duration settings, the dates will be sync either Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Displaying Stocky Dates on Pre-Orders/Coming Soon
To display Stocky synced dates, first go to the Products page:
Select Default Settings
To show the dates in Pre-Order tab:
Go to the Estimated Shipping Date dropdown and select Synchronize with Stocky and proceed to setup the Estimated Shipping Date settings:
Reset Estimated Delivery Date when stock replenishes - when enabled will automatically disable the estimated shipping date feature when inventory is replenish for the product.
Estimated Shipping Date - Customize the message for the estimated shipping date to provide your customers with accurate information about their pre-order product.
Expected Shipping Date - You can customize the expected shipping date for your pre-order product. If you don't want to display the time, you can remove it in the "Date Format" settings.
Date Format - You have the ability to set up the date format that you wish to display on your store. For a full list of tag definitions, simply hover your mouse over the information icon.
If you want the Stocky sync dates to be displayed at Coming Soon, select the Coming Soon tab and repeat the steps listed above:
This will display the Shipping Date at the product page.
If you want to display sync Stocky dates for individual products, at Products page select Settings at the product of choice and follow the steps listed above:
